Asked how we are, and if we were okay for the holidays. We were, but that was so nice to ask! Then she asked if we knew any other families that may need some help for the holidays. I gave her my brother's information, as they are a young family working hard to make ends meet and could use a helping hand. Elegant Homes came through for them and gave them such a wonderful Christmas! They delivered gifts right to their door, and went way above and beyond for them. Do NOT use Daryl. He is sneaky and can't trust him. He flipped flopped on offer numbers and wanted to keep offering "Cash" offers that were "estimated" and refused to send one offer. I have in writing one amount and then an offer came over with a $16k lower offer. Then he claimed he sent us multiple offers that we rejected. This is not true. We've had our house for sale for over 5 months and we rec'd one normal offer we rejected and this latest "Net Cash" offer.
