Do NOT use Daryl. He is sneaky and can't trust him. He flipped flopped on offer numbers and wanted to keep offering "Cash" offers that were "estimated" and refused to send one offer. I have in writing one amount and then an offer came over with a $16k lower offer. Then he claimed he sent us multiple offers that we rejected. This is not true. We've had our house for sale for over 5 months and we rec'd one normal offer we rejected and this latest "Net Cash" offer.
